English

LO: To retrieve and infer information from a text

Success Criteria:

Take out your brown SATS Practice Paper and open booklet Set B. Read through the questions based on the text “A Treacherous Portrait.” Highlight the key words in the questions and look at how many marks are allocated to each question (this gives you an idea of how much detail you need to give). Remember to include evidence from the text for the 2 and 3 mark questions.
Once you have completed all of the questions, mark your answers using the marking scheme.

Spellings

21st November 2019 – Class trip to Colindale Library

We walked to the Library and took part in a short workshop, carried out by two members of the Library staff. The children looked at the fiction and non fiction books in the Young Readers Section, and also explored some reference books. We then were shown how to take books out using our cards, within the self check out section.

Class Assembly – Please come to our assembly on the 4th December 2019 at 2:45pm.

The children have been asked to learn a song and some lines. Each child has a hard copy of the song and script, however if they need a replacement please contact Miss Patel.
